My name is Lamya Daghestani. I was born in Jeddah, and I am living all my life in Jeddah. I am proud of that I am the first student who was graduated from the computer science department at King Abdulaziz University in 1989.
A bachelor's degree in computer science enables me to achieve my goals and also gives me an opportunity to make a difference in my thinking process, such as: If I experienced A, it lead me to believe B, if B was true, I should take action C and so on.
I continued my postgraduate studies, and awarded a PhD degree in the field of "Virtual Reality Learning Environments". Right now, I am employed as an assistant professor in King Abdulaziz University in the computer science department at the faculty of computing and information technology.
